The most common cause of this problem (other than something simple like the the FOVE software being off) is that the HDMI cable is disconnected on the headset side.

To check and fix this, you will need to remove the white outer casing of the FOVE headset.

1. There are 4 small plastic hooks that hold the cover on. Pull outwards on the following four spots to disengage them, then pull the white case off.

1. If the HDMI cable is coming out even a little, that is likely the problem. Please push it downward with reasonable amount of force until it is back in place.

1. Put the white casing back on. It will lock in once it is back in its original position.
